You must read this agreement and disclaimer before you can subscribe to JMJ Investors' online publication. Any changes to this agreement and disclaimer will be posted on the JMJ Investors' website. Your continuing use of our service indicates that you agree to the changes made to this agreement and disclaimer. If you do not agree to the new changes you may cancel your subscription immediately.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with this service you may cancel your subscription at any time.  You will be issued a refund on a pro-rata basis according to the type of subscription you originally signed up for.  All refunds will be issued through the PayPal online payment service.  Sorry, refunds cannot be issued on expired subscriptions in whole or part.  As a consequence of trying to select only stocks with the greatest potential for gain, it is possible, although rare,  that there will be days within your subscription period that our strategy will NOT pick ANY stocks.  As a subscriber, you agree to this condition and further agree that no credit will be given to you the subscriber for this occurrence.
